CONTRACT TIME OPTION: We offer limited Contract Time for $1,600.00 per 2 hour time slot, once per week for the season. Generally the court time must end before 9:00 AM, or start after 6:00 PM.

Membership Rules of the Road

Season - From September 15th through September 14th (Regular Indoor Season: Approx. Sept 15th to June 15th).
Registration Period – Membership Registration period shall begin on August 1st each year. Memberships are limited, and there may be a New Member Waiting List.
Prime Time – Daily 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Membership – Each Membership (Family, Couple, Individual or Junior) constitutes one membership-type, each “type” receives one (1) set of privileges.
Open/Available Time – The Club’s Court Scheduler will attempt to provide a minimum of one prime time court time slot of at least 1.5 hours each day to be reserved “as needed” for at least 5 out of 7 days per week.

MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES:
- Reservations:
- Members may reserve Open Court time as needed (and as available), up to four (4) days in advance, for up to One and a Half (1.5) hours per day. No additional charge to book a court.
- Members may have no more than two active reservations at a time (this may be reduced to one active reservation, depending upon demand).
- Members may play as many days per week as they desire, but no more than one time per day (unless as an emergency sub, or as a walk-on if the court remains un-booked that day). Playing as a regular member in a weekly recurring group should be limited to no more than three groups per week. Subbing is allowed as needed.
- Mandated Cancellations:
- Courts must be cancelled as soon as it is known it will not be used (the sooner the better, to be fair to other members that may desire to use the open time).
- There is also a “No Show” reporting option. If a member notices a booked court is unused, he/she may click on “No Show Report” on that reservation & the system will anonymously send a report.
- Guests:
- Guests may play, when accompanied by the member, for a guest fee of $20/play (or as set forth by the club) – to be deposited into the cashbox before play. No more than Ten (10) plays per season.
- Summer (off-season) Play:
- After the regular season is over (approximately June 15th), current members are still welcome to use the court throughout the summer & until the following season begins, at no additional charge. However, Guest Fees still apply to Guests.
- Ball Machine & Individual Practice:
- Ball Machine or Individual (Serving) Practice should only be booked in advance for Non-Primetime use (Before 9am and after 5pm). If you have multiple players on the court using the ball machine or practice that is fine at all times. Also, if you see a court available on that same day (i.e., you look in morning and see a court available that day), reserving that time for the ball machine is fine.
Guests (Subs) and Guest Fees
The Guest/Sub fee per Session/Play is $20.00 - Guests are limited to ten (10) sessions per season.
Guests must be accompanied by a member. The member host must ensure that their guest's fee is placed in an envelope (provided) with their information thereon, and that it is placed in the Lock Box at the Club. The guest envelopes will be collected regularly and reconciled.
If a guest wants to play more often, we URGE them to join! We ask our members to encourage regular guest players to join. It’s a great way to create a vital, sustainable and growing community of tennis players at 40/15 Tennis.
